Refunds and Returns

Return Items

KB Cycles will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased on the KB Cycles website (www.kbcycles.com). We will not charge you for returns and there is no restocking fee. However, all returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit the payment method we have on file for you. Please note that this may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement as cleared funds.

I don’t like the colour, or it doesn’t fit

Please return it to us within 21 days of the date of purchase. Just email us before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Faulty Goods

Please return it to us within 21 days of the date of purchase. Just email us stating what the fault is before sending us back the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If you request a replacement, once we have received the returned goods we will despatch a replacement.

Ex-Demo, Ex-Display, Ex-Show, Refurbished and Used Bicycles

All bikes purchased as Ex-Demo/Ex-Display/Ex-Show/Refurbished/Used are non-returnable. Ex-Demo/Ex-Display/Refurbished/Used specification may differ slightly from that listed and the bicycle may show signs of use. Ex-Demo/Refurbished/Used Bicycles do not come with warranty.

Warranty Items

All goods supplied by KB Cycles are from official suppliers and are covered by the manufacturers warranty. If you believe an item has failed prematurely, please email us stating how the item has failed, and return the item. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers for inspection before a replacement can be despatched, or where applicable to be repaired.

Due to health and safety regulations, we would ask that all used clothing to be washed before returning. Unwashed items of clothing will be returned to you as we will not be able to inspect them.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?

If you return an item, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

Please use recorded delivery or registered post to return items, as KB Cycles cannot be held responsible for loss.

How quickly will KB Cycles process the return?

KB Cycles will aim to process your return in 2 working days.

What happens if KB Cycles is out of stock of the replacement item?

Either:
Once we have received the returned goods we will refund you, by the method you used to pay for your order. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

or:
You can choose to wait until the item is in stock at which point it will be despatched to you.
